The 8-year old air-conditioner in hubby's car has finally conked out! I had a AC service repairman have a look at the air-conditioner so that I would know for sure if there's a chance to salvage the unit. The repairman told me that he just needs to check the air conditioning compressor. It turned out that the unit just needs some new parts to make it going.
