My mother-in-law has several real properties for rent. Most are commercial buildings ideal for commercial establishments such as banks and offices. The properties bring in a very profitable income for my mother-in-law but of late some tenants have not been paying their rents. Eviction for most is in the offing but since no one really manages the properties, my in-laws have no inkling on what to do next. If only they have thought of hiring the services of a professional Real Property Management team then services such as:tenant placement, credit and Multi-State Criminal Backround Screening, monthly financial reporting to Owners available online 24/7, Regular Property Inspections and Evictions and more, would have been taken care of at a very reasonable fees.
