The people of my adoptive town breathe and live for the annual town fiesta. There are a lot of parades and processions ongoing during the two-day celebration. I am not an advocate of fiestas as I see it as a total waste of money that could be used to help the real needy. Anyway, that's a blog topic of another day. Here are some pictures of some real "street" dancing to the tune of Filipino folk songs.
This parade had a "cast" of a thousand or so as there are numerous marching bands and more group of dancing ladies all eager to "street" dance.
