A Mother's Love

Tomorrow is Mother's Day. I hate the commercialism that goes with the day but hey! that's life. As a mother myself, I have gone through a lot of hardship and sacrifices for the sake of my children. I believe that that fruits of the spirit as mentioned in Corinthians is an apt description of a mother's love to her child.

Love is patient; love is kind. Love is not jealous; is not proud;
is not conceited; does not act foolishly; is not selfish;
is not easily provoked to anger; keeps no record of wrongs;
takes no pleasure in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth;
love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things,
and endures all things. ~I Corinthians 13:4-7

To all the great mothers out there: Happy Mother's Day

I am glad you posted that scripture, my Mother's day is not too good, right now. Children are busy with their lives, my mother went to Heaven. It is good to read that scripture.
